Bio

This is a journal tracking my development as an SCA fighter. It is a soft copy of my training diary and I hope anyone who reads it finds it useful. As I am a newbie, I am bound to get things wrong, so if I have misquoted you or I have misunderstood something, please contact me. I am always interested in other people's input, so feel free to make comments. This is not a guide for other newbies, but you may read it and hopefully take something interesting out of it.
